About Lantern Homes
We are a Bristol company working across Somerset, Gloucestershire and South West England. We support adults to live more independently, and we help councils and care organisations meet urgent and changing accommodation requirements.
Two kinds of work, one way of doing it: clearly, reliably and with respect for the people involved.
What we do
For councils, commissioners and care organisations
Emergency Accommodation
Rooms, HMOs, self-contained flats or whole properties for urgent or changing requirements. Where nothing suitable is available, we can source a property through our work with landlords.
For landlords and property owners
Rent to Rent
A professional arrangement for landlords, with a clear written agreement and a long-term working relationship.
How we work
Person-centred
Support is planned around the individual, their goals and their choices.
Respectful
We treat the people we support, the organisations we work with and the landlords we partner with fairly and honestly.
Reliable
We do what we say we'll do, and we tell you early if something changes.
